Unlike the digital subscription from the publisher, the app store/newsstand subscription does not provide access to two years back issues, even on a computer, yet its pretty much the same price as the digital subscription purchased directly from the publisher. Wish this had been clear when I subscribed through the app store. If access to back issues is important to you, sign up with the publisher directly.

Does anyone know if this app will allow you to type in your current subscription account number and download the magazine without paying again. Crochet! Told me to log into their website and read it that way but I would like to bring it up on this app. Other magazines allow this. Thanks

Cannot complete a download for the recent issues. Even on WiFi no response from customer support. They do have the ability to keep charging me for it though 🤦‍♀️

No matter what I do, tried iPhone and iPad but still crashes

App crashes on all of my devices. Have tried phone and two different iPads. Can’t open fall issue. It’s been over a month and no updates. I cancelled my subscription.

I really enjoyed this magazine, but recently I can’t get the latest issue to open Useless customer service. I will, sadly, probably cancel my subscription.

Most recent issue keeps crashing the app when I open it. I can view all other downloaded issues. Support won’t respond.... Very disappointed with a magazine I love and like their projects more than competitors.

It’s disappointing that the publisher offers 2 years back issues directly from them, but not using their own app. Otherwise I love the issues available to me in the app. Just sad that I have had to pay for so many more that I really wanted. It’s not right to offer one thing, and then do something else with another app that still belongs to the same publisher.

Your 30-day ‘free trial’ begins when you select either a monthly (1.99 or annual (12.99) subscription. Although you can cancel before the end of the month, I have learned not to trust bait-priced apps as cancelling often involves calls to 1) your bank 2) Apple and 3) your phone company to block cancelled subscriptions (and/or fraudulent in-app purchases) from continued charges.
